The 90-day roadmap cuts through the noise and gives you a clear, focused plan so you always know what to learn, when to learn it, and how to actually use it in real life.

You want to speak a new language, but the fear of making mistakes stops you. You second-guess everything or avoid speaking altogether, afraid you’ll embarrass yourself. I help you build confidence through regular practice in a safe, supportive space where mistakes are part of the process, not something to fear.
Learning That Doesn’t Match Real Life
Many expats waste hours learning words and phrases they’ll never actually use, and still struggle to hold real conversations at the doctor’s, the supermarket, or over dinner. We focus on real-life language from day one, including slang, local phrases, pronunciation, and how to actually use the language in the country you’re living in.

Many learners had negative experiences in school or language classes where nothing made sense, the pace was too fast, or they felt too embarrassed to speak. I create a space where everything is clearly explained, no question is too small, and progress feels possible from the very first session.
MY STORY
Why Polyglot Path?
Hi, I’m Julia, a dedicated language coach with a multicultural background. Born to an Irish father and Cypriot mother, I grew up in Cyprus before moving to the UK at 14. Fluent in English, Greek, French, Portuguese, and Spanish, I’ve lived, studied, and worked across Europe, enriching my cultural and linguistic understanding.
I hold a First-Class degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from Cambridge, where I received awards including the Lusophone Prize and Title of Scholar. My language journey also includes intensive courses in Lisbon and Salamanca, further strengthening my expertise in Portuguese and Spanish.
As a fully qualified teacher, (PGCE at UCL Institute of Education) and three years' of teaching experience in France, Spain, and the UK, I create engaging, culturally rich lessons that motivate learners of all ages. I’ve supported students and expats alike - whether preparing for exams, settling into a new country, or building confidence in everyday communication.
My goal is to foster confidence and intercultural understanding through personalised language coaching.
